Easy Camping Meals Infused With Cannabis

The summer is prime camping season for Colorado. What better way to celebrate the sunshine and outdoors than good food, friends, and cannabis? And don’t just bring joints to the campsite this year! Try something new by infusing your meals with cannabis throughout the day!

There are so many marijuana-infused camping meal ideas that can be prepped ahead of time and easily finished at the campsite. We’ve included a breakfast, dinner, and dessert option that will impress and excite your fellow campers! For breakfast and dinner, you can prep ahead of your trip and not have to worry about lugging tons of different ingredients with you.

Are you new to cooking with cannabis? That’s okay, we’ve put these recipes together with you in mind. You won’t have to make any cannabutter or decarboxylate anything! And if camping isn’t really your thing, that’s cool too. These are great summer recipes that you can make at home just as easily.

Marijuana Recipes For Your Next Camping Trip

  • Cannabis-Infused Oatmeal With Fresh Fruit

Make these oat packets ahead of time so you don’t have to bring all the separate ingredients with you on your trip. This recipe is also great if you have camping buddies with dietary restrictions or allergies. Each packet can be “made to order” and just about anything can be substituted or left out. There are gluten-free oats that can be substituted, seeds can be used instead of nuts, and any type dried fruit and nut butter will work just fine.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (seeds can be used if there are nut allergies)
  • 2 ½  tbsp dried fruit (raisins, cherries, etc.)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Small pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp raw nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
  • Sliced fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 2-4 drops of cannabis tincture (adjust this dosing according to your typical tincture amount)


Before you start your camping adventure, take time to make these individual packets of oats before you go. If you do this in advance, you will save a lot of room while packing and a lot of time when making breakfast! In a sealable jar that can double as a serving dish, combine the dry oats, chopped nuts or seeds, dried fruit, sweetener, and small pinch of sea salt.

When you’re ready to make breakfast, bring two tablespoons to ¼ cup water to a boil in a pot. The more water you add at the beginning, the more soupy the oats will be. Once at a boil, pour over the oat mixture in the jar and stir. Add the nut butter, maple syrup, tincture and tincture, and stir again until all ingredients are completely combined. Add the fresh fruit of your choice right on top and dig in! This oatmeal will keep you super full for hours.

  • Marijuana-Infused Buffalo Chicken Kebabs

Kebabs are one of the best camping meals of all time. You can eat them off of the same utensil you cook them, which makes for a super easy clean up, and they can be made in advance! As always, feel free to adjust the dosing on the tincture. A ½ dropper will be a relatively low dose since the recipe calls for four servings.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 lb of chicken breast, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
  • 5 stalks of celery, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • Red pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ dropper full of EndoCanna 1:1 Tincture (add more or less according to your typical dose)
  • Ranch and/or bleu cheese dressing for dipping
  • Cooking spray


The night before leaving on your trip, dice the chicken, celery, and red pepper and keep them in separate gallon freezer bags. Pour the buffalo sauce and EndoCanna Tincture in the bag with the diced chicken, shake until all meat is covered with marinade, and let refrigerate until ready to cook.

When you are getting ready to cook the kebabs, soak the wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to make sure they don’t burn. Once soaked, start adding the separate components in a repeating pattern, i.e. chicken, then pepper, then celery, and repeat. Once skewered, toss them on a grill top over the campfire for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve these with a side of ranch or bleu cheese for dipping!

  • Cannabis-Infused S’mores

It’s now time for the easiest marijuana edible recipe in the world. It also happens to be in the form of the most classic camping treat, s’mores! You will need three things for this recipe, plus a campfire. There is no excuse not to try this one.

Ingredients (Serves 1):


Now, we don’t seriously think you need help putting a s’more together, but you never know. Toast a marshmallow over a fire until golden brown or burnt. Yes, some people really do like their marshmallows burnt, but we aren’t here to take sides on that age old debate.

While that’s cooking, break the graham cracker in half along the short side. Lay a piece of Coda Signature Chocolate Bars on top of the cracker. If one bar isn’t enough chocolate for you, but you don’t want to get too high, add a piece of non-medicated chocolate to fill in the gaps. Once the marshmallow is cooked, carefully remove from the stick and place it on top of the chocolate. Cover it with the other half of the graham cracker and enjoy!
